RECYCLING ROBBERS: Mayor Joseph Polisena and the Johnston Police are asking residents to be on the lookout for people who are going through recycling bins and taking out such objects as plastics, glass and metals. These are the types of bins that are being raided and preventing the town from being fully reimbursed for its recycling work.
